Extending airport services beyond the terminal

DUBZ developed Check-in Anywhere and Land and Leave using its proprietary operational knowledge and technology, enabling marhaba, Emirates, flydubai, and other airlines to offer off-airport check-in services across Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC).

The solution combines passenger check-in, baggage handling and transportation into an integrated off-airport operation, giving travel partners the infrastructure to extend their services beyond the airport.

DUBZ allows partners to whitelist the service and provide an elevated experience to their valuable passengers. One of these offerings is Emirates First Class Home Check-in. DUBZ enabled Emirates to provide an exclusive Emirates First Class branded offering to its First Class and Platinum passengers.

Airport in the City at Roma Termini

Bringing off-airport check-in into the heart of the city

DUBZ, in partnership with Aeroporti di Roma (ADR), developed the Airport in the City solution at Roma Termini, extending the airport journey beyond the traditional terminal environment.

The solution enables ITA Airways passengers travelling to eligible destinations to complete their check-in and baggage drop-off in the city, while DUBZ manages the secure transportation of baggage to Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO).

The check-in service is reserved for ITA Airways passengers travelling to all destinations except the U.S. and Israel. For all other airlines, a luggage delivery service to the FCO luggage deposit is available.
